The boys went over this morning to help dad with the annual raviolis. They are learning to make their great-great grandmother's recipe. Dad does the majority of the work getting things ready but the boys do help grind the filling and roll and cut them into shape. The tools they use for rolling, shaping, and cutting are antiques from the 1880's. Very neat.
