Well they did it again. The Petaluma Trojans varsity football team beat Casa Grande on Saturday in a great football game. The boys prepped all week for the game and wanted to win so badly. It was tied 14-14 at the half so it was anyone's game. They came back after the half to dominate and win 40-14. James was able to go in on special teams where he made the tackle on the run back and he was able to make 2 carries later in the 4th quarter for about 8 yards. I was so happy to see him get in the game since we had Tom, Lynn, Dave, Shelia, Tim, Sarah, Jim, Cynthia and Bob all cheering them on. It couldn't have been a better game to watch. I actually injured my thumb from ringing my cowbell so much! :) We had dinner for Dave's birthday afterwards and it was a day to remember.
I know you won't believe it of me, but I got just a little emotional ;)
