John Thomas turned 13 yesterday. He was fortunate to have his birthday fall on labor day weekend so we are all enjoying one extra day this morning. Had a nice relaxing Sunday. Went out to lunch so he could get spicy hot wings at Applebee's and then we were off to Scandia to see if he could finally ride the carts by himself. He is just now tall enough. Hooray for John! Had a nice dinner with grandparents and Tim and Sarah. Watched some home videos of what seems like yesterday. Hardest thing for me is hearing their voices as little boys. I am so grateful we have the videos because it really does bring it right back. I love you Johnny.
