Back to Northstar!

We just got back from a few days in Tahoe. John needed a very necessary break from his telephone. So fun and beautiful there. This time we stayed in a penthouse at the Ironhorse in Northstar Village. Can't say enough about how nice it was. Hardly anyone around and the boys had the pool to themselves practically every time. We rafted down the Truckee River which was a blast, played a round of serious miniature golf (challenged ourselves to the "hard" course which even had moving holes!) caught 18 crawdads at King's Beach in 40 minutes and just smelled the incredible air.

Lunch along the river-There were a "few" little rapids which was fun but was grateful it was just mellow and pretty scenery.

John was in heaven being able to do triple

flips on the bungee trampoline in the village!

We loved catching crawdads in the rocks. Once we felt like we had enough we set them free. The boys and I don't like to eat them.
