John and his best friend Jayson promoted from Wilson School on Thursday. He received the citizenship award for his 3rd year in a row, this time for his sportsmanship in athletics. He was also one of 4 students (out of 41 sixth graders) to receive the presidential outstanding academic excellence award. I will frame it next to his brother's. I couldn't be prouder of the young man he is becoming. I will miss his sweet face at Wilson next year and feel so lucky that I was able to see him there everyday.
